PIXEL POWER INTEGRATES MOG SOLUTIONS’ MXF TECHNOLOGY INTO CLARITY BROADCAST GRAPHICS SYSTEMS

Stand 7.138, IBC2006, Amsterdam, 8 September 2006: Pixel Power announced today that it has expanded MXF support for its Clarity family of graphics systems, using software from MOG Solutions. As production and playout moves to a tapeless environment, the open MXF standard boosts interconnectivity by wrapping metadata and content together. The alliance with MOG Solutions will allow Clarity systems to be integrated into larger workflows simply and securely.

Pixel Power’s Clarity family solutions are Windows-based graphics devices, ideal for live and post production applications. Clarity supports operations in separate or hybrid SD and HD, with embedded character generator, still store, video clip store, audio, 2D DVE and downstream keyer.
