Automates the creation of promotional graphics
PixelPromo is a customised software application that can be used in conjunction with Clarity
character generators to automate channel branding and promotion. It imports data from a
traffic system and batch builds promo page sequences based on pre-defined templates. It can also automatically version promos from real-time schedule information.
The traffic data is searched according to a defined set of rules to automatically extract
show titles and build multiple lineup bumpers.
Playout of the generated slates, bugs, promos and lineups is under timeline control and
accepts triggers from Harris, Omnibus or other playout automation systems. PixelPromo users
include Astral TMN, Corus, Disney and ESPN Classic.
