Post Warranty Options
General Support
Customers out of warranty who are not covered by a support contract have access to the
following Pixel Power facilities:
- Phone/email support is provided for both operational and technical enquires.
U.S.
Monday to Friday during normal office hours (0800-1700 EST).
U.K.
Monday to Friday during normal office hours (0900-1800 GMT).

Fixed price repair service for faulty boards.

Fixed price board exchange service.

Fixed price 12-month support packages.

Spare boards, kits and chassis racks.
- On-site support visits chargeable at daily rates.
Pixel Power also offers a variety of annual support options on an individual unit basis.
Discounted rates may apply to customers who have more than 5 units located at one site.
Fixed price 12-month support packages
12-month software support
Pixel Power offers a 12-month renewal on software support. During this period,
the customer will be provided with notification of any software releases available for their
current system. This will include new options, features, enhancements and bug fixes.
Some options may be subject to an additional cost depending upon the configuration of the
system. For instance, a new option available to a GX system under the software support may
be an additional chargeable option on a TG model.
A current software support contract entitles you to :
- Access provided to the bulletin board.
- 5% discount on board repairs.
- 5% discount on training.
- Priority response to reported problems.
Software support not renewed within 6 months of the expiry notification will be charged
at a higher rate.
12-month hardware support
After the system unit hardware warranty expires you may choose to extend the warranty
by purchasing a 12-month option for hardware repair cover or exchange board cover. This
can also be combined with the 12-month software support.
These options are more suitable for customers with a larger number of units on a single
site.
