PIXEL POWER SHOWCASES LOGOVISION AT NAB
Booth SU6820, NAB2007, Las Vegas, 16 April:
NAB2007 sees the US launch of LogoVision, a family of HD/SD logo
generators from Pixel Power making its world debut at the show. The
company is also to confirm the first LogoVision installation,
scheduled to go live at CBS affiliate WWL Channel 4 in New Orleans
in May.

Designed for automated operation and available in SD/HD or
SD-only, the compact unit inserts multiple clocks, multi-layer
static and animated logos, text crawls and other popular graphics.
LogoVision can be set up from a front panel interface or via a web
browser. In use it will be under the control of a station automation
system, triggering the device by GPI as well as by serial or
ethernet protocols.
LogoVision incorporates two video inputs with automatic bypass in
the event of power failure (dual power supplies are available as an
option). Content is stored in solid-state memory for security.
Options include SDI preview output, audio clip playback with group
mixing, a 2D DVE and interfaces for a temperature probe and the USA
Emergency Alert System.
“Up to now logo generators have had limited graphics capabilities
albeit at an affordable price,” says Pixel Power MD James Gilbert.
“now broadcasters do not have to compromise their on-air look;
LogoVision delivers sophisticated graphics in HD for the price of
traditional SD branding devices.”
Pixel Power is exhibiting its full product range at NAB2007 on
booth SU6820.
