All equipment supplied by Pixel Power is designed and built to the highest standard and is supplied with a warranty that is equivalent to our Platform Support package.
The warranty is valid for a full 15 months from the date of shipment and includes the following features:-
- Email and telephone support during business hours.
- Targeted response within 1 business day from trained engineer.
- Remote access diagnosis as appropriate during business hours.
- Software updates.
- Advanced parts replacement or return to base repair as appropriate.
- The Warranty does not include any on-site attendance; if on-site assistance is required this may be purchased separately.
If you require a higher level of service and support than that supplied under the Warranty, then Pixel Power offers the option to upgrade to our Silver or Gold Support Levels at any time during the Warranty period. Contact us for further information.
